Emergency Notification System & Family/Student Access Now Available!
Family & Student Access: East St. Louis District 189 is pleased to announce our new Family & Student Access portal. This system will grant you exceptional access into your student’s day to day activities at school. Visible areas include emergency contact information, student grades, assignments, attendance, and student discipline data. To sign up for this service, you must complete the “Family Access Sign-Up Form” and return it to your child’s school. This form is available here and at your child’s school. Once the account has been setup and activated, you will receive login information via the e-mail address provided on the form.
Download and complete the form. Then, print and sign it, and return it to your child’s school.
You can also pick up the form in the office at your child’s school.
Automated Calling System – Skylert: East St. Louis District 189 is pleased to announce a new Automated Messaging System, Skylert. This system will allow the district to deliver information by three available mediums; phone, email, and text messaging. The district will be using Skylert as the primary means to notify families of school closings in the case of inclement weather and other important school announcements. Parents can easily update their contact information within the Family Access portal mentioned above.
